Dr. Stapleton provides specialized forensic evaluations for legal purposes. These objective assessments include risk evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and cognitive testing for defendants involved in legal proceedings. Dr. Stapleton’s forensic services are available through private retainers with defense counsel as well as Legal Aid commissioned assessments. Reports are thorough, impartial, and prepared to meet the standards required by courts and other legal settings.
Therapy
Services include individual counseling, couples counseling, and trauma therapy (Accelerated Resolution Therapy—ART). Dr. Stapleton provides evidence-based care tailored to the unique needs of each client, addressing a wide range of concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma. Specialized support is available for first responders, Veterans, and law enforcement personnel, with an understanding of the unique stressors and experiences faced by those in high-demand roles. Consultation
Dr. Stapleton offers consultation services that provide guidance and psychological expertise to individuals, organizations, and professionals seeking informed insight or effective strategies. Consultations are available in person in West Kelowna and virtually to clients across British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba.
